Martial Arts Expert Sensei Reed is your instructor. The training levels are Beginner – Advance. All participants work out at their own risk! If you feel the need to stop or take a break during your class, please do so. Our fitness program is guaranteed to benefit your health and compliment your body. In order to receive the best results, you need to maintain a healthy diet. Please inform the instructor if you have any questions or concerns. CARDIO-KICKBOXING: 1-Hour Class: 45-intense minutes of Stepping, Blocking, Punching, Kicking and 15-minutes of floor exercises which include abs & lower body workout. This ultimate workout is GUARANTEED to help you relieve stress, lose weight, increase muscle tone, power & energy along with building your confidence and self-esteem. TRAINING SCHEDULE: No Morning Classes June – August! Fee: $50/month Morning Classes: 9:15 – 10:15 am Evening Classes: 7:30 – 8:30 pm Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays WORKSHOP: Wednesdays at 9:15am and 7:30 pm Fees: New Participants $15 / Members $8. Note: We will teach you the basic fundamentals and practice the techniques that you are having trouble with. All new participants must complete a workshop before attending their first class. WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE WORKSHOP: $25 - Members Only. Scheduled Sundays: 2 - 4 pm from September to May. (See calendar for dates) |
